First attempt at apparel design for a class project, Illustration and Product Design at MCAD. Created the sweater based on a trend board that I created. At the time (January 2011), I was seeing a lot of tribal-esque patterns being mixed. This is my idea for a sweater that would be on trend.
Trend board sweater is based on, shows various patterns, lines of patterned stripes being put together. Details of the sweater might include use of a nice soft wool, wooden buttons, leather pulls and/or other unique accents.
