I'm a dad of two wonderful little girls and a husband to a beautiful wife. We have a lot of fun together and enjoy silliness and laughter with the occasional rough-house.

That same energy, bringing people together around something fun and worth doing, is a lot of what drives me at work too. I currently lead design for a suite of audit and compliance products, where I've spent the last several years turning an unstructured, newly-formed team into one that delivers consistently and with real momentum. I love the challenge of taking a team from "figuring it out" to genuinely humming — building the processes, trust, and rhythm that let designers do their best work without getting bogged down. More recently, I've been leading the design vision behind a major AI transformation for our products, taking it from early strategy all the way through to features our customers actually use every day. I'm energized by that kind of work: sitting at the edge of what's next and figuring out, with a team, how to bring it to life responsibly and well. As a manager, I care most about helping designers see their own growth and get them ready for what's next in their careers.
